NBC has tarnished it's brand at a time when it was already hurting for ratings. They didn't give Conan a chance to get the ratings up like they did Leno. Also, the fact that they put Leno's show on right before Conan essentially split the viewers. Overall, NBC just comes out looking stupid and Conan will walk away the better man.
