Im from Huntington Beach California and I want to open a BYOB bar.I went to the city hall in Huntington and they told me that I NEED TO HAVE A LIQUOR LICENSE.I explain to then that I DONT GO TO SELL ALCOHOL, but they said does not matter I have to have the alcohol license.
I want to know that this is true and if this is legal to charge a very expencive license for a place that dont go to sell alcohol.

I’m kicking around some ideas for wine blends, and I was wondering what you think of a Cabernet Franc/Barbera blend? I don’t see other people doing it, so is it a bad idea?
