I hate picking favorites like this, so I refuse to pick a specific bottle. But at this very moment, it's a champagne, because right now I am enjoying a party in my mouth. And I've successfully defeated the challenge (pop rocks and champagne) without my face exploding. There is no occasion.
It's always well made and tastes the way I (my opinion) expect an Australian Shiraz to taste. Lots of pepper and perfect with steak.
