We were given one as a gift and it works wonders on a glass of wine. As you start to pour the bottle of wine through the aerator directly into your glass, you can actually hear the air being sucked through the vinturi vents and through the wine. You simply stop pouring once you have what you want in your glass. It is by far the easiest to use apparatus that I've seen in order to aerate your wine.

We've used the new one for white wine. Does work, if you don't mind the mildly offensive sound it makes ;)

Yeah I saw they had released one for white wines. That is just silly.

Use only as a last resort. I much prefer the gentle aeration of a good decanter or a larg bulb glass.

Keep it classy...your wine deserves better than this newfangled acrylic technological terror!

If I ever receive one as a gift...I'm definitely re-gifting it.

Vinturi recently launched a new aerator specifically designed for white wines...strictly white wines. C'mon man!

Hmm. Not sure - does it look like the image I just attached?

is that what they use at Brazza's? it looks cool

We have one as well. Takes ten seconds, very easy, and it does a good enough job that you can taste the difference. Not quite like letting wine decant in a carafe for a long time, but it's money for a quick decanting.
