About The Event
Join us for a Mini-La Paulee / Burgundy Dinner at the fabulous Bouley Upstairs with none other than Jacques Lardieres, long time winemaker of Domaine Louis Jadot and all around Burgundy aficionado.
Before heading out to San Francisco for this year’s grand La Paulee festivities, we managed to convince Jacques to stop over in NYC for a few days and host a 2006 vs 2007 Burgundy dinner. His only request was to host the dinner in a restaurant where the Chef really knew how to prepare food that not only complements wine but where the wine could really complement the food.
Our choice was easy…David Bouley! When we reached out to David he was thrilled to have Zachys back in Tribeca for another fantastic food and wine dinner as Burgundy is one of his passions. This time around he suggested that we host the dinner at Bouley Upstairs for a slightly more casual feel and to give him a little more space to work with.
It was that easy and we have inked the date for what should prove to be a terrific exploration of the 2006 and 2007 Burgundy Vintages with some fantastic food prepared by one of New York’s best Chefs!

Due to limited seating this dinner is on a first come first serve basis. Please inform us ahead of time of any allergies and or dietary restrictions you may have as the menu will be predetermined and will not have choices. Cancellations must be received no later than 2pm on Tuesday March 9th. Cancellations and/or no shows after 2pm on March 9th will be charged $75.00 per seat reserved.
